Prices
Prices published are for the current stock on hand. Due to currency and supplier pricing fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are shown in NZD and include GST.
Orders
The quickest way for your order to be dispatched is by using accepted credit cards during normal business hours. When giving credit card details, for security, use phone or fax or if emailing send us two emails with the number split. If purchasing items via our website we have a secure
credit card facility, Mastercard and Visa are the only accepted credit cards.
Written Orders
If you wish to order direxctly from the shop (not through the website) or by fax, please complete the Easy Order Form located on this website. All customer
contact details are required. Note we cannot ship to a post office box number.
Firearms & Ammunition
To purchase any Firearms and / or Ammunition, you must have the corresponding Firearms License, proof of this must be supplied to Serious Shooters prior to the supply of these items. Firearms and / or Ammunition orders must be supplied with / accompanied by a permit to
procure / purchase order signed and stamped by a police officer. You can download the form HERE .
Shipping
All goods are plus freight. Most in-stock orders usually ship within 24 business hours of receipt of payment. No Shipping to PO Box, this is not able to be done. All items are sent signature required to a physical address. No exceptions. Please provide us with an address that
someone will be home at, if not going to be at home, work addresses are OK. It is the purchasers resposibility to provide accurate shipping information and an address that can be delivered to during normal business hours with someone available to accept the parcel. Serious Shooters is not
responsible for non delivery if no one at home. Serious Shooters is not responsible for items dropped at the front / rear door, if instructed to do so, and goods are damaged or missing.
Shipping Co2
Co2 gas cylinders are not able to be easily or cheaply shipped, please call the shop before ordering. It is best if someone is able to collect the gas from the shop.
PLEASE CALL BEFORE ORDERING.If you require large amunts of Co2 call the shop as we may be able to ship directly from a warehouse closer to you. Shipping copmpressed gasses can be expensive.
Shipping Powder
All forms of gun powder are usually sold ex-store only. As we are required to identify the person purchasing the powder we use a Firearms License as ID. Powder shipping is expensive please call the shop for a quote on the freigth we may be able to have it shipped from
the warehouse directly to you. PLEASE CALL BEFORE ORDERING.
Airguns & Softair Guns
To purchase any Air Powered firearm, you must be 18 years of age, so proof of age must be supplied before the item purchased will be shipped, usually this can be managed by scanning your drives or firearm licence, or any otehr government issued photo ID and emailing it to us. PCP Airguns are now considered to be a Licensed Firearm so the same requirements as "Firearms & Ammunition" are required.
Crossbows and Bows
To purchase any Crossbow or Bow, you must be 18 years of age, so proof of age must be supplied before the item purchased will be shipped. See Airguns
Return of goods
Any goods being returned for credit must be in complete undamaged factory original packaging, containing all manuals and accessories. If you receive damaged goods, please contact us immediately.
Special Order items being returned will incur a re-stocking fee. Used goods cannot be returned for credit. Refunds are for the actual purchase price of the goods and not the freight. We will not refund freight on a return unless the goods were not as described. Under the Fair Trading Act we are not obligated to supply a credit or exchange on purchases because you have changed your mind we will honour all factory warrantess on goods sold by Serious Shooters.
Our guarantee
All items you purchase are new unless started or marked otherwise. Please inspect the item before you use it. If you locate or suspect a problem contact us. Do not use the item, use of item/s implies full acceptance of goods and returns for freigth damaged goods will NOT be accepted. Keep all
packaging see Return of Goods.
Emails
Occasionally we email our data-based customers, to those who have indicated that they wish to be emailed. If you wish to be added to the email database please advise us, if you wish to be deleted from our email data base please also contact us, this will allow us to keep our data base up to
date.
Privacy
Serious Shooters Ltd does not pass customer information to third parties, either freely or for payment. We collect customer's contact information, delivery information. This information is used to invoice and send orders to our customers and to get in touch with the customer when necessary. If requested under certain sections of the Arms, Crimes or Criminal Procedures Acts we will comply fully with the relevant laws.
Printed Mistakes / Typos
Were human, due to the volume of items carried, mistakes happen (not too often we hope). We cannot be held responsible for typos or pricing errors. We apologise for any increases or price discrepancies in advance. Please contact us to ensure our website has the current pricing. If you
see something that looks wrong please call or email us to update the information, with your help we will do better.
